Apple Is Opening The AI Floodgates

Yesterday was one of Apple’s flagship events WWDC (World Wide Developers Conference). Among several other exciting releases Apple announced they where adding artificial intelligence and machine learning to iOS 9. In my opinion, this was the best part of the whole keynote. This is a huge opportunity for Apple to further monitizatize.
Imagine this, Apple sees you booked a flight to New York, now it knows you are looking for a hotel, you have Airbnb and HotelTonight on your phone. Which one will it show? That’s a huge opportunity for future monitization stronger than any Google Ad’s platform. Companies will be much more willing to pay more for placement where the conversion rates are optimized by AI.
